Information Technology| UniSC Sunshine Coast, Sippy Downs Level 6 - $90,038 - $ 97,437 p.a., plus up to 17% employer superannuation Full-time, Ongoing appointment The Opportunity Join the University of the Sunshine Coast as a Platform Administrator for our Project Management Office (PMO).
You will coordinate and contribute to a variety of activities supporting the management of portfolios and projects within a dynamic IT environment.
Your responsibilities will include planning, managing, and tracking these portfolios, as well as monitoring, analysing, and reporting on their progress and outcomes.
You will prepare reports, assist with compliance checks, and support delivery processes.
To excel in this role, you must demonstrate the ability to analyse situations, develop efficient business processes, and ensure continuous improvement in project management practices.
For more information, please visit us online: Information Technology You will provide high level support for the Project Management Office (PMO) in its support of all IT teams through the planning, management and delivery of the portfolios and programs of projects and demands in a changing and complex IT environment;  support the development, maintenance and continual review and improvement of the project management framework including the processes, technologies and training materials required to optimise the framework; and support the governance structures and frameworks required to maintain the quality and assurance of the IT PMO.

You will possess: completion of a relevant degree qualification with subsequent relevant experience or extensive management experience in significant organisations or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training; previous experience with project delivery as well as experience with project management frameworks and toolsets including ServiceNow, Asana and Microsoft 365 applications; a commitment to client-focused services; and an understanding of IT Policy, Compliance, Cyber Security and Risk Management practices.
