The Opportunity: As the Project Management Administrator (PMO) at the City of Prospect, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the effective delivery of our Project Delivery Program. You'll ensure our project management processes, procedures, and tools are optimised and aligned with our strategic goals, fostering excellence and transparency in every initiative.

About this Role: Enhance and maintain project management processes, procedures, and tools through continuous improvement and gap analysis.Manage program governance to ensure consistent delivery and compliance across all project stages.Conduct quality checks to verify process adherence and data accuracy, supporting informed decision-making.Work closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to create tailored engagement plans and ensure effective communication.Maintain detailed project documentation, track milestones, and provide regular reports to the Manager PMO and Project Delivery.Assist with procurement processes, manage purchase orders, and ensure timely processing of requisitions and invoices.Ensure all project records are accurately maintained and comply with the Project Management Framework.Champion initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies and foster a consistent project management approach across the organization.About You: We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who is:
Experienced in Project Administration: Proven track record in managing project documentation, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and quality assurance.Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Advanced Microsoft Skills are essential; SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power BI will be highly regarded.Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.Collaborative mindset with the ability to support and guide team members towards common goals.Innovative thinker who can identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.Dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and compliance in all projects.Culture and Benefits: At the City of Prospect, we believe in nurturing our team members and fostering a supportive work environment.
