Your Role We are looking for a driven Project Logistics Customer Excellence Specialist to join our growing Project Logistics team, based in Brisbane.
You will be responsible for organizing and supervising the transport of all orders, ensuring a high level of customer excellence.
Your role is to provide helpful information, answering questions and responding to complaints while ensuring the profitability of orders, correct invoicing, and data quality.
You will do this by working with a variety of internal stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives: Your Responsibilities To make all suitable and relevant arrangements for shipment handling independently (not limited to heavy lift and oversized cargo) via air, sea, barge, charters etc.
ensuring key performance indicators are met.
To ensure an accurate level of data quality, ensuring that all systems are kept up to date promptly.
To ensure accurate and timely production of relevant documentation (including but not limited to import/export declaration, cost sheets, loading manifests).
To prepare spot quotations, data for tender documents and actively participate in commercial support.
To complete all tasks and administration relating to local services such as trucking, warehousing services including full hub operations, cargo surveys etc.
where applicable.
To complete all required file administration including documentation, billing, and vendor invoices/ebills acknowledgement and weekly forwarding sub-ledger (FSL).
To take appropriate corrective action and/or notify relevant person and office to prevent a re-occurrence of customer complaints.
To report incidents and hazards as per the relevant working instructions.

Sea freight export operations.
