About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Project Logistics Business Development Manager to drive client expansion and sustainable growth within our Projects sector. As the face of our clients Projects, you'll lead strategic sales initiatives and foster relationships with key clients, contractors, and suppliers. This role is open to candidates throughout Australia!
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement strategies focused on financial growth and client satisfaction Identify new market opportunities and client needs in the Projects sector Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing customers Promote our client's project logistics services, meeting clients' objectives Prepare and manage sales contracts in line with legal and regulatory standards Conduct contract negotiations and manage tender processes Collaborate with the freight forwarding team, providing project-specific expertise Maintain accurate records of sales and client data in our CRM system (monday.com) Attend sales meetings, delivering regular updates to management Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities Your Expertise
Proven experience in business development, project logistics, or sales management A successful track record in achieving sales targets and pipeline growth Strong knowledge of global air and ocean freight markets, including carrier expertise Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Background in heavy haulage, out-of-gauge transport, and terminal operations Familiarity with customs and quarantine regulations (DAFF) Experience with CRM tools to manage leads and client data Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse market trends and create innovative client solutions If you are interested apply now or send a CV to
