Project Leader

Ideal Candidate
6-10 years of technical architectural experience post-graduation. Effective and concise communication directly with clients to develop a brief and manage expectations at each phase. Plan, organise, motivate, and control operational activities to deliver projects on time and on budget. Actively contribute to design and innovation. Quality control of internal and external documentation. Mentor, upskill and develop Project Team. Demonstrated and proficient expertise in Revit. Tender management, contract administration & superintendency. Keep abreast of regulatory changes and council requirements. You are tenacious, engaging and brimming with initiative. Remaining versatile in your approach.
