Full time*Please note, the location is Negotiable within Queensland*The successful candidate will provide successful leadership to virtual project team members undertaking the procurement, co-ordination and delivery of the Workstation Replacement project.Role responsibilities:Undertake a lead role in the development and improvement of business requirements and processes relevant to the workstation replacement program through application of detailed knowledge of end of life device cycle.Prepare and present reports and briefing notes of a complex and substantial nature to senior/executive management to enable informed decisions to be made.Undertake high level financial planning associated with the workstation replacement program and ensure effective management to budget planning is undertaken in partnership with financial support areas.Provide high quality written and oral financial advice, information and guidance to management, work closely with existing financial and Human Resource staff for the provision of appropriate information and other key stakeholders in relation to financial analysis and management of the program of work.You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following key capabilities, knowledge and experience:Highly developed skills and experience in proactively identifying and analysing problems, developing and implementing remedial strategies and exercising initiative and responsibility.Demonstrated ability to use high level communication, interpersonal, consultation, partnership and negotiation skills to create a strong client focus, influence the decisions, action or perceptions of stakeholders and achieve outcomes.Proven ability to understand operational pressures and constraints (resourcing, financial, time and external factors) that impact project deliverables and the capacity to recommend courses of action which achieve optimal outcomes within those constraints.Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and mentor staff committed to the delivery of a dynamic work program to achieve positive outcomes for customers while effectively managing conflicting demands and tight timeframes.Specific Working Conditions:It is a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against the following vaccine preventable diseases during their employment (Health Employment Directive No. 01/16):measles, mumps, rubella (MMR)varicella (chicken pox)pertussis (whooping cough)hepatitis BReasonable travel as negotiated is a requirement of this position.An open 'C' class driver's licence is desirable.Benefits of working with eHealth Queensland:By joining eHealth Queensland, you will work within a fast-paced, challenging and supportive environment where every employee plays a critical role in our ongoing success.
