This position requires exceptional organisational skills, initiative, and the ability to build and maintain collaborative stakeholder relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management: Scope, design, and manage project requirements and partnerships.
Develop and maintain project artefacts and ensure effective governance and coordination.Stakeholder Engagement: Apply contemporary engagement methods to meet project needs.
Represent Gardiner Foundation in project-related engagements and maintain the organisation's reputation.Communications: Develop communication messages, create and maintain project content, and prepare and present reports and presentations.Skills and Experience Required:Proven experience in project management, preferably within community development or industry support sectors.Strong organisational and coordination skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.Ability to develop and manage project documentation, including proposals, business cases, and project plans.Experience in applying contemporary co-design methods and stakeholder engagement practices.This role is an excellent fit for a motivated individual looking to lead transformative projects within a supportive and forward-thinking organisation.
