The RoleThe successful person will become a member of a hardworking and committed team.
You will be responsible for:
Lead projects through all stages, ensuring alignment with company values and safe work methodsIdentify and manage project risks and asset life through effective processes and communicationCollaborate with customer teams to drive decisions, ensuring technical integrity, operability, and HSE considerationsDevelop and maintain project management plans to monitor risk, quality, and progressPrepare weekly and monthly project status reports for internal managementCoordinate with stakeholders to ensure projects stay on scope, schedule, and budgetLiaise with all stakeholders to address project requirementsManage contractors to ensure compliance with site safety methodsAbout YouThis role would suit a dynamic individual with proven experience with mine systems and mining databases.
You will also have:
Project Management qualification (desirable)Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)WA 'C' Class driver's licenceCompliance with Work, Health and Safety (Mines) Regulations (2022)Leadership in setting and communicating safety expectationsExperience managing small to medium projects, with at least 2 years in a supervisory roleStrong computer skills, including data analysis and integrated management systemsEffective communication skills across all levels, including report writing and presentationsWhat We OfferWe offer a diverse range of opportunities across our multi-pit mining operations through to our complex and technically challenging hydrometallurgical process plant.
