Drawing on your experience you will ensure projects achieve outcomes that meet qualification reform and training product development requirements for quality and speed to market to create meaningful change.
Your willingness to challenge the status quo will create change; so, we don't keep doing what we have always done.Key responsibilities you will have:Effectively project manage all aspects of FSO's Activities (projects) from planning to close.Managing the development of quality VET products and resources, utilising a range of subject matter experts and external contractors.Implementing the Training Package Organising Framework (TPOF) and qualifications reform guidance to develop products for nationally recognised training packages.Implementation, monitoring and evaluation approaches that help:understand the needs of RTOexamine the impact of changesidentify opportunities to innovate and increase the quality of training development, delivery and pathways.Work with various roles in the VET sector to:support the quality delivery of accredited VET training and assessmentcollaborate with trainers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to support the design and implementation of innovative training solutions for the FTB sectors.Bringing a fresh perspective to training and assessment; exploring newtechnologies, techniques, and best practices to enhance training delivery.Managing initiatives to develop careers, pathways and other relevant information suitable for learners (School – Professionals), employees, employers and training providers.You will be flexible to take on other duties and responsibilities that may arise.Who are we?

Also, a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and thrives in uncertainty.With exciting opportunities to drive change, you will need to have drive and adaptability to be successful in a fast-paced start-up, and ever-changing environment.Our key selection criteria: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously usinga range of technical, leadership and critical thinking skills to guide, monitor and evaluate successful project outcomes.Experience in navigating complex, ambiguous and ever-changing environmentswith an ability to quickly adapt to new challenges and pivot strategies as needed.Proven ability to research, analyse and interpret data from a variety of sources, both internal and external to the organisation, relevant to the VET sector for use in projects.Thoughtful and considered communication skills, both written and verbal, with theability to tailor information for different stakeholders and make the complex simple.Experience working in the VET Australian sector and a working knowledge of current VET quality assurance/compliance requirements and VET policy initiatives.Proven ability to monitor and evaluate outcomes from initiatives and programs.Stakeholder relationship skills to build effective relationships, gain insights and drive consensus.A team player who has a collaborative mindset that embodies our values.Excellent digital literacy and ability to use MS Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams.Extensive experience using Project Management SoftwareEven better: Demonstrated understanding and use of the Training Package ProductsDevelopment and Endorsement Process Policy (TPPDEPP) and Training Package Products Policy.Demonstrated ability to follow and interpret TPOF Policies to enhance training products in the national VET system.Experience working with the ICT, Business Services and Financial Services Training Packages.Experience of pathways and career development for learners at all stages of their learning journey.Experience in workforce development.Experience in leading and influencing the delivery of training.Certificate IV in Training and AssessmentUnderstanding of VET funding arrangements in one or more State/Territory.Experience with Asana, HubSpot and Microsoft CoPilot.Relevant tertiary qualification and/or experience.Are you with us?
