Due to business growth, we are currently seeking a PROJECT LEAD to be responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, and control of Warrikal site projects.
Our RoleSome key requirements include:
End to end project management of small to medium size brown field projects ranging from $100k to $5mil valueManagement of project budget, scope of works and project execution to ensure project complianceRead & understand scope of work, specifications, work plans, and drawingsPrepare and execute technical queries to all clients as and when requiredInterpret drawings and understand detailed scopes of work and ensure detail reflects in pricing and project executionCoordinate the procurement of all materials relevant to the project in line with set budgetsRequest quotes from and manage sub-contractors relevant to the projectPrepare and complete all QA/QC documentation for all projectsOrganize and coordinate projects from start to finish through all phases of the jobPrepare and maintain MS project schedules and work to tight deadlines and budgetsTravel to remote sites on a regular basis to complete project scoping and tender meetings if required to support the tendering teamWork in remote locations as and when required to complete project kick off meetings and execution of projectsAssist tendering team with pricing and developing sound execution methodologies for complex projectsThis role requires working from remote site throughout the Pilbara as and when required to ensure seamless delivery is achieved for all projects (estimated time on site is 50:50 subject to operational requirements)Be responsible for project delivery, ensuring works are delivered in line with company policies and proceduresRead and understand contractual obligations and ensure project is running in line with our contract requirementsAbout YouProven experience (min.
