Due to projected growth, we have a rare fixed term Project Lead opportunity, driving employee engagement across our offshore and remote sector.
The Position "Buddy" is our frontline engagement tool, empowering our team with the tools, resources and info they need to stay connected and empowered.
A digital hub in your hand, Buddy provides space for the Offshore & Remote national team to share site activities, learn about our purpose-driven focuses, and tap into resources from task essentials to employee perks.
This role will be responsible for designing and delivering daily content, driving employee engagement, delivering against business strategy, and being identified as a Buddy subject matter expert.
Every day is about innovation and continuous improvement of the OR Buddy platform.
Specifically, you will focus on the following objectives: Build and schedule daily Buddy communications Forecast and design monthly Buddy campaigns aligned with cultural and business objectives Ensure offshore and remote sector digital objectives are met through continual development and evaluation of Buddy as an engagement tool Cross departmental collaboration contributing to strategic plans that deliver on business objectives and contractual requirements Evaluation and interpretation of project outcomes Providing reporting and trend analysis to direct future projects The Person Strong sector knowledge and business acumen Effective written communication and interpersonal skills Experience in project management and execution Passion for fostering our purpose Willing to be agile and flexible in workflow Similar experience in social media tools would be considered highly desirable The Benefits You will have the support, infrastructure, systems and processes you would expect from a global organisation.
