Reporting to the Contractor Standing Capability (CSC) Program Manager, this role is critical to the continued success and growth of the Australian Defence Air Traffic Systems (ADATS) program.
This position will suit a dynamic, adaptable and customer focused Project Lead with the demonstrated ability to cultivate networks and contribute to our collaborative working environment.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Program Engineering and Technical staff to establish scope, risk, budget and schedule to provide best outcomes for Australian Defence Force Air Traffic Management systems.
Coordinate the preparation of task plans, pricing files, approval gates and submission documents for CSC tasking.
Prepare and deliver monthly reviews to brief Management on project performance, schedule and financial forecasting, risk and operational priorities.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with the customer as well as key partners and suppliers Maintain clear and accurate communication lines with the staff, program leadership team and other program stakeholders.
Lead and be accountable for environmental health and safety.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management or Management discipline Strong understanding of Defence commercial requirements and demonstrated ability to assist commercial staff to meet these requirements (Preferred but not essential) Demonstrated Project Management experience Eligible for registration as a Registered Project Manager (RegPM) with Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) with accreditation to CPPM or higher.
