The ECS PL manages the provisioning and upgrades of system landscapes in the Private Cloud Enterprise and HANA Enterprise Cloud.
What you will do Serve as an interface between the RISE Sales/Engagement and the ECS Technical experts. Work under pressure and constantly add value to customers and within the organization. Collaborate with different teams from within the ECS organization and outside to ensure excellent customer satisfaction; this includes interfacing with customers, steering partners, and system integrators on an operational level during onboarding projects. Act as the Trusted Advisor towards our customers during the Onboarding/Migration phase. What you bring Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields. Ten or more years of experience in managing/running landscape provisioning, installation, migration, and release upgrades. 5+ years of experience with SAP Basis, having executed and managed migration projects. 5+ years of experience in Project Management. Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role with excellent command of de-escalating critical situations.
Experience with Datacenter migration. Profound IT backend technology experience. Experience in working with cross-cultural teams or individuals. Language: English at a business level. 3+ years of experience at least one of the Hyperscalers, i.e., Azure, AWS, or GCP.
