The position offers a fantastic chance to utilise your skills and experience in health and project management to contribute to the expansion of BRHS at Home services.The position:In this role, you will pay a key role in leading the work to enable the expansion of our at Home services. This will include developing Models of Care for Geriatric Evaluation Management at Home, Rehab at Home and Palliative Care at Home, along with expansion of current acute care options leading into a full Business Case.
