They are seeking experienced Architects who want to stick and stay and progress to more senior roles over the medium term. Recent experience on large scale multi-residential and commercial developments will be favourable.

Working closely with the Studio Directors, as a Project Lead Architect you will have an opportunity to work on significant local projects leading the project team through to handover. 

Your duties as Project Lead Architect will include but are not limited to: Leading projects primarily from DD to Delivery. Guiding the internal project team. Overseeing Construction documentation and revisions (REVIT). Working directly with the Client, enriching client relationships. Attending client and site meetings. Coordinate with Contractors, consultants, and stakeholders. Assisting in problem solving design challenges. Ensuring compliance standards are being met throughout the build process. Undertake Defect checks and project signoff. Mentoring juniors in the team. Additionally, to be considered for this role you must have: Degree qualified Architect Aust Registration 8+ years of local post grad Australian experience Proficient understanding of REVIT Familiar with Australian Standards & Codes Excellent verbal and written communication skills   Australian or NZ Citizen, or PR - ESSENTIAL Perks
