Project Infrastructure Access Coordinator Job Summary Division Name: Office of Major Transport Infrastructure Delivery Position No: 36441 Closing Date: 2024-09-25 9:00 AM Location: Perth Job Type: Fixed Term - Full Time About the Job This role provides leadership and guidance pertaining to track access planning and coordination to METRONET projects accessing the PTA operating railway.
This role is a key contact for stakeholders across both PTA and project Alliance and contractor teams, so we are looking for a strong communicator who is highly organised and will proactively support METRONET projects in gaining access to the PTA Rail Corridor, while adhering to safety and procedural requirements.
This person will also be comfortable leading and developing a small team of Track Access Planners.
About You!
To be considered for this role you must have the following: Substantial experience in planning and coordination of track access on the PTA network; The ability to advise external stakeholders on safeworking solutions appropriate to project work being completed; The ability to lead and coach a small team of 2x Level 5 Track Access Planners.

There is currently one fixed term opportunity available to cover extended leave for up to 12 months with the possibility of extensions and/or permanency.
The successful applicant will be required to start in November 2024; however, will need to be available from late October 2024 for training/handover.
Applicants assessed as suitable through this process may be used to fill similar vacancies on a fixed term basis that may arise within the next 12 months.
To be eligible to work at the PTA you must be either an Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident or hold a valid work visa until at least 30 November 2025.
