Our client, a global EPCM, is seeking a Project HSE Administrator to provide essential support to their HSEQ Executive Manager while working on-site in Perth. As a key member of the team, you will: Meeting Management: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.Investigation Support: Assist with investigations and enter reports into the action tracking register.Data Management: Enter data into databases and programs, monitor events, and maintain records.Document Control: Manage HSE files and folders, maintain record management, and remove obsolete files.Induction and Training: Manage inductions, training sessions, and coaching events.Audit Preparation: Organize audits, prepare evidence portfolios, and follow up on actions.Hygiene and Safety Monitoring: Assist with monitoring and management activities.Equipment Management: Maintain the team safety equipment register and ensure equipment is in good condition.Document Review: Assist with document review management and generate reports.Campaign Management: Assist with implementing HSE initiatives and promotional activities.Journey Management: Assist with Journey Management Approval Process in JESI.Team Support: Monitor email inboxes and assist with adhoc HS enquiries.Skills & Qualifications Relevant years of experience in administrative roles.Administrative Skills: Experience in time-dependent administrative roles.Attention to Detail: Ability to deliver quality work within deadlines.Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or in a team.Microsoft Office Proficiency: Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite.Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills and ability to meet project needs.Change Management: Effective at managing change and assisting others with adapting.Problem Solving: Able to identify issues, make timely decisions, and develop solutions.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration.Team Player: Act in the best interests of the company and perform other duties as required.Why you should Apply Competitive Salary: Based on qualifications and experience.Exposure to a big player.Unlock your potential with Airswift.
