Our client has been operating since 2004, specialising in electrical infrastructure projects across NSW and beyond. They are an authorised A Grade Level 1 Service Provider, capable of undertaking works on the AUSGRID, Endeavour Energy, and Essential Networks.
Currently, they have an exciting opportunity to implement new systems and processes as they reshape how their projects are managed. You will collaborate with management, project managers, estimators, site crews, and office admin to drive the business into its next growth phase. Key Responsibilities Install new systems and work practices to ensure costs are covered from contract award to project completion.Maintain cost tracking on each project and oversee final P&Ls.Administer project order bookings, load project budgets, and manage revenue and invoicing milestones.Assist with project variations and submissions.Support project budget adjustments during execution.Ensure all costs and hours from site crews are accurately captured.Track project invoicing status and issue invoices to clients.Consolidate and follow up with relevant parties for monthly reports.Reconcile project committed costs against project resources and purchase orders.Take corrective actions to align project commitments with resources and expenses.Raise or amend project purchase orders.Ensure all client payments are received prior to project completion.Work with the compliance manager to integrate new systems into the Business Management System.What Our Client Is Looking For Diploma in Accounting or Bookkeeping is desirable.Practical accounting knowledge.Demonstrable experience in a similar role.Intermediate skills in Excel and MYOB. #J-18808-Ljbffr
