Join our Signalling & Infrastructure Finance team on a permanent basis based in North Ryde, Sydney, NSW . The Project Finance Analyst has previous experience working in project-based organisations and managing the controlling and financial reporting . The core of this position will be to provide financial analysis, advice and guidance to support the project team in making the best business decisions.
Key Responsibilities Business Partner to provide finance advice and tutoring to the project team. Control the financial performance of the project and propose action plans to improve contract margin and cash profile as well as corrective action plans to mitigate identified risks. Ensure the accuracy of the data accounted for on the project, e.g., invoices (customer or supplier), timesheets, travel expenses, etc. Communicate effectively with Project Stakeholders and provide reliable financial analysis to assist in the decision-making (Explain, justify and keep record in detail). Prepare project reviews content and assess profitability supporting the implementation of the global financial strategy. Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Experience in preparing and reporting financial statements, including budgets and cost management plans. Experience in a similar role, providing financial analysis/support at project level. Advanced MS Excel skills and MS Office experience.
