Project Finance Administrator Lead

Our Project Services business have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Project Finance Administrator Lead to join the highly regarded team based in Perth WA. Reporting to the Head of Project Financial Services, you will be responsible for the supervision of daily financial administration functions within Purchase to Pay (P2P) performed by the Project Financial Administrators within your team.
You will need to ensure appropriate governance over the project financial and admin processes on projects to ensure compliance with the DT Infrastructure processes and procedures.
You will be an exceptional Lead that your team heavily relies on for support, with excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.
Working in a collaborative, dynamic and friendly team environment, you will articulate financial performance at all levels for the purpose of variance analysis and monthly reporting.

About You:Ideally hold a Certificate/Diploma in Finance, Business and/or Management.
Preferred / Optional: Certificate IV in Project Management.Preferably 5+ years construction project experience in a large organisation.Ability & willingness to travel to Brisbane for initial training & then within NSW as required.Extensive experience in the Purchase to Pay (P2P) process.Experience in leading/supervising and mentoring a team.Analytical thinker with the ability to communicate and engage with stakeholders at all levels.The ability and confidence to deliver training material.Knowledge and understanding of computerised accounting systems (ERP) preferable SAP S/4 Hana.Results oriented including the ability to meet deadlines and changes in priorities, to achieve required service levels.High attention to detail and effective time management / organisational skills.Service focused with a proactive approach to delivering on time.Work effectively in teams to identify and improve processes.Excellent written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills.Employee Benefits:We drive strong collaboration and support our teams to work virtually and flexibly.Opportunity to participate in cross functional working groups that drive diversity and inclusion and sustainability initiatives.Novated leasing.Purchase leave.Paid parental leave.Technology salary sacrifice.Health & Wellbeing initiatives such as EAP and mental health and wellbeing leave.#J-18808-Ljbffr
