Project Administrator – Finance Up to $100,000.00 Including Super Ventia has an exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator – Finance to join the team in Canning Vale on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
About the Project The Square Kilometer Array (SKA) project is an international effort supported by 16 countries to build the world's largest radio telescopes, led by the SKAO.
Ventia has been awarded a significant part of the contract and is leveraging our telecommunications capabilities for this exciting project.
Our scope includes the provision of power and fibre networks, and the design and commission of a Central Processing Facility (CPF) and Remote Processing Facilities (RPF) at the Australian site.
About the Role: Raise Purchase orders (PO's) in Ariba/SAP Process supplier/subcontractor invoices for payment in Ariba/SAP Track project costing and maintain accurate records Monitor & Investigate variances between PO's & invoices Liaise and coordinate with the operation team and suppliers to achieve optimal outcomes About You: Proven experience with Ariba/SAP & Microsoft suite Coordination on large infrastructure projects i.e.
Telecommunications, Construction & Maintenance sectors is preferable Previous experience in a customer focused role Attention to detail, organized and forthcoming with solutions Commercially astute & confident in administrative tasks About Ventia Ventia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand.
