Project Administrator – FinanceUp to $100,000.00 Including Super Ventia has an exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator – Finance to join the team in Canning Vale on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
About the ProjectThe Square Kilometer Array (SKA) project is an international effort supported by 16 countries to build the world's largest radio telescopes, led by the SKAO. Ventia has been awarded a significant part of the contract and is leveraging our telecommunications capabilities for this exciting project. Our scope includes the provision of power and fibre networks, and the design and commission of a Central Processing Facility (CPF) and Remote Processing Facilities (RPF) at the Australian site.
About the Role: Raise Purchase orders (PO's) in Ariba/SAPProcess supplier/subcontractor invoices for payment in Ariba/SAPTrack project costing and maintain accurate recordsMonitor & Investigate variances between PO's & invoicesLiaise and coordinate with the operation team and suppliers to achieve optimal outcomesAbout You: Proven experience with Ariba/SAP & Microsoft suiteCoordination on large infrastructure projects i.e. Telecommunications, Construction & Maintenance sectors is preferablePrevious experience in a customer focused roleAttention to detail, organized and forthcoming with solutionsCommercially astute & confident in administrative tasksAbout VentiaVentia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand.
