We currently have opportunities on Brisbane-based projects and regional DIDO projects.About the Role:The Project Engineer or Site Engineer will assist the Project Manager to successfully deliver civil infrastructure projects by ensuring they are delivered to budget, time, and brief.Your role will include:Assisting the Project Manager with project planning and programming tasks, project compliance in accordance with the Integrated Management System, and liaising and managing client relationships.Monitoring performance of construction crews and subcontractors against program and cost forecasts.Reporting and mitigating performance issues.Reporting production costs daily, weekly, and monthly for the project.Procurement of plant, equipment, and material.Determining labour and other resource requirements.Assisting with developing and reviewing Management Plans and SWMS's.Skills and Experience:A degree in Civil Engineering.Demonstrated relevant experience (min 2 years) on TMR projects (for Project Engineer).Proven experience with earthworks, roads, pavement, structures, and civil infrastructure.Solid knowledge working to TMR specifications.Experience in working with authorities such as local councils and service authorities.Excellent client relationship management.Excellent rapport with subcontractors.What do we offer?A solid remuneration package commensurate with experience.Eligibility to an internal bonus structure after 12 months of service.Company vehicle, phone, and laptop.We are confident that you will love working with our Company.
