Our mission is to convert the best survey techniques and technology into trusted solutions for our valued clients across various industries and projects.The Opportunity: Work in the Pilbara on a diverse portfolio of projects, including major civil, structural, mechanical, rail, and laser scanning works for various Tier 1 clients.Major Projects and various roles availableRoles for Karratha residential & FIFO workers on 2/1 rostersExcellent remuneration package commensurate with experience ($60-85 per hour) experience dependent.Gain major construction project experience or build on existing experience.Supportive management team focused on career growth and mentoring.Work with developed systems and procedures unseen in other firms.The Role: Join our Karratha team, composed of a rich blend of talent, experience, and technical knowledge. This role suits recent graduates or experienced surveyors looking to elevate their careers. Your goal will be to consistently execute your craft with precision and deliver exceptional customer service.To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following in regard to:Experience: Minimum 1 yr of relevant surveying experience.Education: Diploma in Surveying required (or equivalent Australian tertiary qualifications or Australian Qualification Recognition Approval).Visa: MUST have an Australian working visa and must already be working in Australia.Skills:Excellent written and oral communicationAbility to assess, plan, and execute surveys accurately and safelyUnderstanding of construction operations dynamics and workflowCapability to work seamlessly with multiple work groups simultaneously and efficientlyCharacteristics:Self-sufficient and self-motivatedAbility to work long hours (10-12 hour days, 6 days/week for residents)FIFO: 13-day fortnight on 2:1 cyclePreferred skills:Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Navisworks, and TBC survey softwareExperience with Trimble S-Series Total StationsStrong problem-solving ability and willingness to seek help when neededProficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Responsibilities:Timely delivery of survey works, processing, and reporting on a daily basisWe are an equal opportunity employer.
