BSc Mech or similar from a recognised and reputable institution FPAS Accreditation Building Services and/or Fire project delivery/consulting experience Ability to lead and manage a diverse team of professional engineers in a people-first manner. Proficiency in Microsoft systems and project management-specific systems Strong consulting skills, including concept design, high-level costing, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. Experience in the management and delivery of multidisciplinary projects Familiarity with the National Construction Code (NCC) and Australian Standards Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
