What you'll need:
As a Project Manager/Team Leader, you will take on a dual role, balancing leadership and project management to deliver exceptional results.

BSc Mech or similar from a recognised and reputable institution
FPAS Accreditation
Building Services and/or Fire project delivery/consulting experience
Ability to lead and manage a diverse team of professional engineers in a people-first manner.
Proficiency in Microsoft systems and project management-specific systems
Strong consulting skills, including concept design, high-level costing, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
Experience in the management and delivery of multidisciplinary projects
Familiarity with the National Construction Code (NCC) and Australian Standards
Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding customer service and client relationship management.
