Joining a dynamic team, you will be guided by a project leader and given the opportunity to jump straight into project delivery.Throughout your experience, you demonstrate effective communication and time management skills, whilst having an eagerness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge.

This position will lead to future opportunities to develop your skills, knowledge, whilst receiving support to build high-caliber teams to deliver quality projects.What you NeedTertiary qualification in engineering, construction management or a relevant trade3+ years of full-time work experience in a similar role within the construction industryExperience in Water and Wastewater critical infrastructureConfident with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and ProjectExperience with project planning and developing work packs and methodologiesStrong financial acumen, managing project budgets, forecasts, cost tracking and claimsSound contract administration capability including preparation of variations, EOTs, etc.D&C experience is preferable including ability to integrate multiple designers and understand broad water engineering conceptsExperience in the development and implementation of project safety, quality, and environmental management plansExperience managing junior engineers highly desiredWilling to travel to regional project sites as requiredEmbrace our Core Values to be Respectful, Patient, Flexible, Accountable and FocusedWorking With PensarWe believe that maintaining a healthy and happy team is key to creating better outcomes in our work.
