12-month Contract
Our government client is seeking a qualified Project Engineer to work as part of their traffic facilities team constructing and maintaining Traffic Signals, ITS, line markings, signs, and marking assets. Based on site, in this role you will provide your knowledge of the technical aspects of materials, equipment, and techniques used in road, bridge, and other related traffic infrastructure construction and maintenance. This is a 12-month assignment with the potential of permanency for the right candidate. The role is based at the Waratah Works Centre.
To be successful you will require:

Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or relevant discipline
Previous experience in traffic engineering
Effective and clear verbal and written communication skills, including report writing
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
A high level of computer literacy, with experience using ITS and traffic signal software
Current NSW Driver's License (Class C)
White Card
