Key Responsibilities: - Supervise ongoing projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, financial constraints, and high-quality benchmarks. - Engage with diverse groups, including clients, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and integrity in all dealings. - Conduct thorough reviews of project documents to ensure precise implementation and risk management. - Exhibit flexibility and resourcefulness in problem-solving. - Coordinate with teams to establish project foundations, from scope to budget. - Proactively communicate with site contractors and support procurement processes. - Regularly update senior management with detailed reports and project progress. - Willingness to undertake inter-state travel for project execution and oversight. Qualifications: - Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil) or a relevant technical field. - At least 4-5 years' experience in project management, with a focus on renewable energy projects. - Comprehensive knowledge of on-site activities, from inception to operational handover, particularly in solar power plants. - Familiarity with Australian technical standards and safety regulations. - Excellent communication skills to bridge internal and external communication.
