About the role
We are currently seeking a Track/Civil Project Engineer to join our Rail Operations hub based in Laverton North, VIC. Rail Operations is an internal Business Unit within Laing O'Rourke, specialising in the self-delivery of all aspects of rail construction (Track, OHW, Civil & CSR), working with a highly experienced team of technical experts to deliver a high portfolio of work across Victoria. Key responsibilities
Tracking costs and managing subcontractors.
Pre delivery and delivery of major infrastructure projects.
Provide leadership and direction to direct reports as well as interfacing with design management and construction delivery teams.
Excellent communication skills at all levels.
Uphold and promote the highest of Health and Safety standards.
About you (required experience)
Australian based experience delivering large scale rail & civil infrastructure projects.
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Experience working with a Tier 1 contractor.
Demonstrated leadership skills coupled with stakeholder management.
