Project Engineer / Project Manager - Client Side - Civil Packages

This dynamic firm is known for its flexible working environment and is one of the leading firms in the delivery of projects. They are seeking an enthusiastic Project Engineer / Project Manager to join their innovative and client-focused team. Candidates could even be entry-level Senior Project Managers.
You will be managing approximately 6-8 projects concurrently, ranging in value up to $5m+. Experience delivering civil projects such as pavements, roadways, car parks, tarmac, and hardstands across sectors like transport, aviation, and ports is required. You will run projects through the full project lifecycle from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will come from a civil contractor background, ideally having experience working on the client side, though this is not essential. Excellent stakeholder management skills are necessary, and candidates should be proactive and passionate about their work.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Client management and consultation Engagement, management, and recruitment of teams Project Planning/Feasibility studies Risk Management Value Engineering Design Management and Value Engineering Procurement of construction services Cost control and cost reporting and superintendent Delivery of construction services Commissioning and post-contract duties for handover Qualifications and Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or similar 5 - 10+ years' experience of end-to-end project management on building projects Leadership skills Strategic thinker who is able to see the bigger picture Excellent verbal and written communication skills Previous client-side project management experience This is a permanent full-time position providing an excellent opportunity to work with a successful and growing organization that offers challenging work and the potential for career progression.
