The role An opportunity exists for an outgoing and enthusiastic Project Engineer/Manager to join our National Contracting and Engineering Services team. The position will be based at our Stapylton facility and will report to the Queensland State Manager - Contracting Services.

Responsibilities Work with the local Contracting team to design & manage retaining wall and paving projectsProvide technical support and engineering designs for the Queensland Contracting Services teamProvide technical support to the Queensland sales team and their customersAssist with drafting and estimating duties if requiredPromote the use of masonry products in projectsContribute to the continuous improvement of products and processesWhat you will need to succeed Bachelor of Engineering - Civil, Structural or Geotechnical specialtiesSuits candidate with min 3-5 years of engineering experienceRPEQ / CPEng status preferred but not essential, willing to attainExcellent communication and interpersonal skills allowing you to build relationships and communicate effectively with all staff members and customersAbility to work autonomously and as part of a geographically diverse teamStrong commitment to Quality and SafetySales experience, or a willingness to be involved in the sales processWillingness to travel within & interstateOur business Adbri Masonry is Australia's leading concrete products manufacturer supplying quality concrete bricks, blocks, pavers, retaining walls, erosion control products and architectural masonry solutions.
