We value the importance of balance between work and family life and promote this philosophy throughout the company.Job SummaryWe are seeking experienced Project Engineers to join the next phase of delivery on our flagship project for Inland Rail. The work involves a strategic approach and logistical planning for the delivery of Civil, Track, and Structures.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesProvide engineering expertise to the greater team to facilitate the civil construction process.Lead, mentor, and develop project engineers and site engineers.Ensure design deliverables are clearly defined in support of construction and project deliverables.Maintain positive relationships with client representatives.Actively develop work packages in support of project construction activities, defining the scope of works, materials, and resource requirements.Support and assist the construction team in the execution of the project on time and to budget.Ensure that all construction is completed in accordance with the Project Quality Management Plan and Workplace Health and Safety standards.Directly influence the safety culture through the promotion of safe work practices to all project personnel.Perform technical, engineering, inspection, scheduling, planning, survey, procurement, and quality control functions for all activities at site.Implement the inspection and test requirements of the Project Execution Plan.Continually monitor the work team, promoting learning and development opportunities in support of current and future project requirements and their career development opportunities.Qualifications and ExperienceProven experience of relevant Civil or Rail experience of at least 5 years - Track/ Structural delivery is highly regarded.Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Engineering.Demonstrated experience in the delivery of projects.Strong communication skills with the ability to manage complex issues.To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
