With a strong commitment to quality, safety, and sustainability, we take pride in our contributions to building resilient communities and essential infrastructure.Project Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer to join our team in Ayr, Queensland, for an exciting opportunity to work on the construction of a Water Treatment Plant.
This project is anticipated to span over two years and is part of our commitment to delivering vital infrastructure to communities in need.Responsibilities:Take a lead role in managing and coordinating all engineering aspects of the Water Treatment Plant project with experience within an M&E background.Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of project activities to ensure timely completion within budget and to the required quality standards.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and effective communication channels.Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, regulations, and safety protocols.Monitor project progress, identify risks and opportunities, and implement proactive measures to mitigate issues and optimize project outcomes.Prepare and review engineering documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports, to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Could be from an M&E background and multi-disciplined.Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering roles.Proven track record of successful project delivery, demonstrating strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.Proficiency in project management software and engineering design tools.Experience in water treatment or related infrastructure projects would be advantageous.Benefits:Competitive salary package with opportunities for career advancement and professional development.Relocation assistance options available for the right candidate.Exciting opportunity to work on a significant infrastructure project with long-term career prospects.Supportive and collaborative work environment with a focus on teamwork and innovation.Application Process: If you are passionate about making a meaningful impact through and possess the skills and experience required for this role, we encourage you to apply.
