We also have multiple civil construction projects in the Mackay and Townsville regions after this project finishes in around a years time.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Civil EngineeringFive+ years' experience in the civil construction industry with over two years' experience specifically in project engineeringexperience in earthworks, drainage and road construction (ideally with exposure to a Department of Transport and Main Roads project)a collaborative management style to build a close outcome focused teamstrong commercial acumen, leadership and negotiation skillsstakeholder and client engagement experience.BMD recognises that we are strengthened by diversity and we embrace differences as an equal opportunity employer, providing a flexible and inclusive workplace that empowers our people and supports individual needs.
