About Our Client
Our client is a tier 2 construction company in Sydney. They are seeking a Project Engineer to deliver a high-end residential project.
About the Role
Support the Project Manager and Construction Manager with the technical, design & commercial aspects of your nominated project to achieve the project goals which include:

The implementation of the necessary processes and procedures through the coordination of design and construction.
Concept Design and Design Development.
Quality Commercial Processes & controls for construction projects.
Assist project teams taking responsibility for the performance of the project financial, time, quality & safety outcomes.
Engage with key stakeholders to achieve the business unit and project outcomes.
Comply with company policies and procedures.
Oversee the development and delivery of projects in a way that creates a sustainable competitive advantage.
Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety & environmental policies and procedures (WHS+E).
Build, lead & manage a high-performing team.
Support the development & delivery of Business Plan and Projects.

About You
Tertiary qualifications in Building, Engineering, Project Management or other trade/property-related discipline.
Minimum of 4 years' experience in the Project Engineering role with residential projects valued over $50M.
Proven track record of leading high-performing and highly engaged teams.
Experience in carrying out project management duties through the design and construction process.
Extensive experience in design and construction processes and management.
Proven ability to manage and lead site resources, preliminary costs & commercial processes.
