WHAT'S ON OFFER Brand new $100m + Government project in the Western Suburbs. Full site team, excellent trades, great systems and scope to move into an SPE role for future works.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design management and coordination Client coordination and liaison Tendering Budget Estimate and reporting Site Establishment and planning Construction coordination and management Site variation and design change Assist PM with accurate preparation of reports Track ITP's and hold points Resolve issues with variations and design changes KEY REQUIREMENTS Construction Management Degree or Civil Engineering Degree Proven local industry experience on $100m plus commercial building projects A stable career history within the Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction industry Strong construction site or project engineering experience Must be a wizard at programming the schedule of works The ability to work to and meet tight deadlines Well organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest and high level of integrity If you would like to find out more and are generally interested in furthering your career, then please contact or call David Shapiro at .
