We are always looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our team to grow and develop with us.Due to continued growth and expansion, we are currently seeking a Project Engineer to support our projects team.
Working from our Jandakot Head office with our Estimation team pre-award and then transitioning to a FIFO site based role during execution, this role will be on a roster to suit the needs of the project but will typically be 5/2/4/3.Benefits:Flexible working arrangements;Great opportunity to develop your career and be involved with some interesting projects;Ongoing training opportunities;Innovative organization, that is committed to the development of their systems and processes;Opportunity to work with safety conscious, highly skilled team members;Long term career progression with training and development;Inclusive work culture; andSupportive management.To be successful in this role you will:Require a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical discipline) or Electrical Trade background with significant mine site experience;Require proficiency in MS Office Suite;Have experience delivering projects in a Mining or Resources industry;Assist with creating and responding to technical queries;Assist with preparing, updating and maintaining project schedule;Generate and progressively compile quality documentation;Implement quality control, procedures and plans;Manage inputs to Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) as well as timeliness of resolution and escalation when required;Assist in developing/implementing quality related site objectives and preparing/reporting for weekly and monthly progress reports;Demonstrate effective time management and communication skills including report writing skills;Have a sound knowledge of Australian Standards;Communicate with Client representatives and other contractors on technical and quality matters;Build and maintain collaborative business relationships with key stakeholders; andHold a valid WA C or HR class driver's license.Highly desired but not essential:Experience working for an Electrical Contractor;RTIO Inductions;BHP Inductions; andDemonstrate first attack firefighting equipment.We are an equal opportunity employer and encourage applications from women, Australian Defence Force Veterans and Indigenous and Torres Strait Islanders.
