About the role:Considering a move in 2025? At Lendlease in Western Australia, we are currently recruiting multiple Project Engineers to join our team and help drive our long-term pipeline of work south of the city.
In this position, you will play an integral role in managing subcontractors and suppliers to deliver a successful construction project. This includes developing and maintaining construction programs, implementing the procurement strategy, value engineering, managing quality and ensuring high levels of Health and Safety at all times.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and manage medium and short-range construction programs.Design management and coordination.Client management and liaison.Procurement of tender packages and preparation of subcontract agreements.Review and sign-off of subcontractor claims and variations.Preparation of cost forecasts and manage cost controls/reporting for designated work areas.Implementation of project EHS and quality plans and project management plan requirements.To be successful, you will need:Must be an Australian Citizen at time of application.Ideally 3-5 (or more) years' experience in the construction industry, preferably on large-scale construction projects.Previous on-site construction delivery experience, looking after major trade packages.Degree qualification in a relevant field of study (Engineering, Construction Management etc).Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally.About Lendlease:At Lendlease we create award-winning urban precincts, new communities for older people and young families just starting out, retail precincts, and workplaces to the highest sustainability standards.
