About the roleWe are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join our high calibre team, working with senior members of the project team to achieve optimum production and cost outcomes.
This role will be a site based position working on a major road construction project between Newcastle and Elong Elong.
As Project Engineer, drawing on your learnings from a successful engineering career, you will:
Demonstrate leadership qualities which allow for mentoring of Site Engineers and Graduates to achieve innovative solutions to complex challengesProvide onsite engineering services and technical support to fearlessly strive towards safety, environmental, specification, design and contractual requirementsTo be successful in this role, you will needBachelor's degree in Civil EngineeringExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPreferably 4+ years' experience on infrastructure projectsPassionate about excellent health, safety, environmental and quality outcomesMotivation to achieve value-for-money resultsPrevious experience with major tier one or two contractors undertaking similar work.For further details, head to www.bmd.com.au.
