Key Criteria

Knowledge and exposure to client interfacing
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil)
Exposure to design, fabrication, and construction principles and processes
Procurement experience with knowledge of procurement systems
Proficiency in fabrications, quality control, and quality inspections
The ability to create clear project plans that outline objectives, timelines, and resource needs
Experience managing packages of work and teams
