What's on offer? We wish to complement our existing Fulton Hogan Utilities team with an experienced Project Engineer – Civil to join our newly awarded 10 year program of works for the City of Gold Coast. In this role you'll be responsible for: Working with our Design Team, Works delivery Team for the management of complex Civil/Mechanical projects
Development and management of project schedules, updating production plans and working to weekly and monthly schedules
Ensure construction compliance in the field, working closely with site supervision
Assist with the development of Scope of Works and contracts for sub-contractors, managing and approvals of variations
Design review, issue tender documents, procurement, expediting, site installation and commissioning assistance of civil/mechanical packages
Attend and participate in HAZOPs, SiD reviews, CHAIR's, and other workshops as required
Manage the quality Lots, and ITP's during construction and commissioning stages.
How you'll connect to the role: A degree level qualification in Civil Engineering
Sound experience in a project engineering or senior project engineering role
Experience on construction projects in water infrastructure, including Water Treatment Plants / waste water infrastructure
Knowledge of project financial management, forecasting, procurement, design, and contracts management functions
