Duties: Efficiently manage construction programs and allocate workforce resources to optimise project timelines. Exercise meticulous control over project costs, diligently developing and maintaining budgets to ensure financial objectives are met. Spearhead subcontractor and procurement management, ensuring seamless collaboration and adherence to project requirements. Provide support to delivery teams, to drive the successful achievement of project deliverables. Implement and oversee the integration of NTS Group systems across projects, ensuring streamlined operations and efficiency. Rigorously uphold quality standards, overseeing that works are constructed in strict conformance with client specifications. Collaborate closely with the HSE team to manage health, safety, and environmental requirements, ensuring projects are executed safely. Handle contractual claims, variations, and associated commercial correspondence to safeguard project interests. Cultivate and maintain positive communications and relationships with clients, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment. Skills & Experience: Civil Engineering degree / Diploma in Project Management (or equivalent). Water / Wastewater Industry experience. Proficient in head and sub-contract agreements.
