About the Opportunity Reporting through to the Project Manager of Central North West, this role will manage the delivery of the Annual Maintenance Plan (AMP) through the allocation of individual projects to be delivered within scheduled timeframes and budgets. Responsibilities include:
Plan and delivery of a program of maintenance and improvement projects in accordance with ARTC standards on time and within budget allocations. Scope and cost projects so a realistic assessment of project viability and resource requirements can be ascertained. Liaise with stakeholders on the costing, scoping and development of project controls and measures to resolve: contractual, technical and delivery issues. What do we want from you? Degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualifications. Eligibility for membership of the Institute of Engineers Australia. Experience in engineering maintenance, construction or project management of track or civil. Experience in the administration, management and delivery of asset maintenance in the form of MPM and Capital Improvements projects. Demonstrated commercial acumen. Driver's Licence – Class C. Desirable Project management experience in a multi-disciplinary environment. Experience in tendering and negotiation of contracts of varying complexities.
