THE ROLE Engage with subcontractorsPlan and coordinate works, equipment and personnelOversee procurement and subcontractor engagementDrive HSEQ and HSEQ complianceManage RFI's, ITP's and Quality documentationPreparing and submitting progress claimsMonitor project costsCoordinate direct labour workforce and sub-contractorsProgram and scheduling worksQuantity take-offsPrepare tender submissionsUndertake site inspection to ensure works are completed according to specificationABOUT YOU As a majority owned Aboriginal business this role will require an individual with a high level of cultural awareness and commitment to the businesses vision, mission and values.
Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction ManagementProficiency with Microsoft projectExposure to construction industrial projectsPrior exposure to Defence projects (highly desirable)Experience managing fit-out trade packagesExperience in tendering and managing subcontractorsProject engineering and delivery skills, including budgeting, coordinating workAbility to positively influence, develop and maintain stakeholder relationshipsAbility to self-manage own workload while working well in a teamProven problem-solving ability and can 'think outside the box'Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage deadlinesPolice clearancePlease submit your resume today and one of our friendly recruiters will be in touch with next steps.
