Project Engineer

Who we're looking for:We're looking for experienced Project Engineers to join our high-calibre team, working with senior members of the project team to achieve optimum production and cost outcomes on a major Defence project on the South Coast of Sydney on a 5:2 roster.Drawing on your learnings from a successful engineering career, you will: demonstrate leadership qualities which allow for mentoring of Site Engineers and Graduates to achieve innovative solutions to complex challengesprovide onsite engineering services and technical support to fearlessly strive towards safety, environmental, specification, design and contractual requirementsThe successful candidate will be a self-starter with:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineeringexcellent verbal and written communication skillspreferably 4+ years' experience on infrastructure projects (experience working on a Defence project highly regarded)passionate about excellent health, safety, environmental and quality outcomesmotivation to achieve value-for-money resultsprevious experience with major tier one or two contractors undertaking similar work.BMD recognises that we are strengthened by diversity and we embrace differences as an equal opportunity employer, providing a flexible and inclusive workplace that empowers our people and supports individual needs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
