Due to securing multiple high-profile projects, they are seeking a driven Project Engineer to join their growing and experienced team.About the a pivotal member of a dynamic project team, the Project Engineer will be at the forefront of ensuring the successful execution of large-scale projects valued over $100M across Canberra, right from the design stage through to completion. You will work directly with the Project Manager and Construction Manager to ensure the project is delivered to a high standard with a strong focus on WHS legislation.Duties.Manage and track project costs, including budgeting, forecast and cost control measuresAssist in the preparation and review of projects contracts, change orders, and RFIsImplement and enforce safety protocols and ensure site team adheres to safety guidelines Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings, specifications and reportsCoordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other projects stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project progression Lead the coordination of design and construction documents to ensure seamless execution of the projectSkills & Experience.Tertiary of Trade Qualification in a building related discipline is preferableProven record of monitoring, managing, and complying with WHS and Quality Assurance processes and a Site/Project Engineer or similarShowcase a strong track record of stability with previous employersProven understanding of construction process and projects management methodologiesHigh-rise residential experience is highly desirableCulture.
