With our partners at Suntory Global Spirits, we're embarking on a new chapter of growth to become Suntory Oceania, a new multi-beverage powerhouse across Australia and New Zealand, underpinned by our diverse talent, market-leading brands, quality craftsmanship and a strong sense of purpose.You will get the opportunity to work at a brand new state of the art facility at our greenfield site in Swanbank.From the makers of 'V' Energy and Suntory BOSS Coffee comes an opportunity not to be missed!Initially this role will be a hybrid doing some project engineering then eventually solely focusing on leading capital works projects for our state of the art facility in Swanbank.Responsibilities:End to end management of capital projects from scope through to completionSupporting the implementation of NPD and manufacturing capacity projects requiring engineering input particularly with regards to processingIdentifying opportunities for process improvementPromoting a safety culture and identifying areas to improve safetyManaging contractors and suppliers, ensuring they are meeting their SLA'sProviding financial forecasting and ensuring projects are delivered within budgetPerforming design work including researching data and conducting feasibility testingQualifications:Experience managing engineering projects from scope to completionAbility to manage multiple projects and deliver on time and under budgetAbility to easily build rapport with internal and external stakeholdersProven ability to identify risks and mitigate the effect on the projectUnderstanding of engineering standards across Australia and NZStrong attention to detailProactive attitude and continuous improvement mindsetIf you're not an expert in all of these areas, don't worry!
