About the role:
Our client is looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join their team on a permanent role on LNG infrastructure projects in Central Queensland. This role will see you play a pivotal part in the successful delivery of critical infrastructure on a mine site. You will ideally have previous experience with contractors, specifically in road construction and earthworks within the mining sector. This is a FIFO position on an 18/10 roster.

Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the execution of various civil scopes.Coordinate and liaise with project stakeholders, ensuring project requirements are met.Implement and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets.Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental standards.Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring performance and delivery meet project specifications. Skills & experience: Bachelor's degree in engineering.Previous site based experience working with a civil or resources contractor.Proven track record of delivering projects for civil infrastructure or heavy industrial brownfield sites.Exposure to electrical scopes of works.Strong leadership and communication skills.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
