Key Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Project Engineer to support our Pipeline Rehabilitation Projects including Fold and Form technology. The key responsibilities include:

Promote a safety-first culture on all projects.
Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining objectives, scope, and deliverables to ensure timelines, budgets, and resources are met.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact whilst ensuring projects are managed accordingly.
Address client enquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded throughout the project lifecycle.
Proactively implement best practices to optimize project delivery and client satisfaction.
Ensure all Lining Projects adhere to industry standards and relevant environmental regulations.
Monitor and report on project compliance, addressing any deviations promptly.
Provide coaching and guidance to team members, facilitating skill development and growth.
Oversee data collection and analysis, providing transparent and informed insights to clients.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients, highlighting project performance and outcomes.

To be successful in this position you will have:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
4+ years proven work experience in Civil projects and/or Pipelining.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Proficiency in project management software and data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Products, Project, and CRM's).
Keen to learn and understand an evolving program of works.
Proven experience in successfully working autonomously and being a self-starter.
